Something for every kind of brain
Classic learning games, rebuilt to be fun: big buttons, friendly voices, and a monster who cheers every right answer.
Maths
Counting, adding and taking away, missing numbers, times tables, dividing and telling the time, with colourful block towers that show how numbers work.
Reading & words
Letters and sounds, first sounds, missing letters, spelling, rhymes and opposites. Every word is read out loud.
Puzzles
Jigsaws, memory pairs, spot the difference and a shape sorter where only the right shape (and size!) fits the hole.
Shapes & patterns
Find the same, odd one out, shadow match, small to big, and "what comes next" patterns.
Play
Drag a line from the firefighter to the fire truck, connect the dots to reveal a picture, and sort things into baskets.
Science
Float or sink, magnets, animal homes, the five senses and the weather. With Plus, the Why? World journey explains how things work and suggests safe experiments to try at home.
Robots & computers
How computers think: teach a robot by sorting examples (and check when it gets it wrong), give it step-by-step instructions through a maze, work out a machine's rule, and tell real from pretend.
Story Time
Stories Wiz reads aloud, lighting up each word. Guess what happens next, choose the path, change the ending, or make your own story from picture cards.
Word World
Afrikaans from Grade R to 3: lemon is suurlemoen, door is deur. Picture cards with a real Afrikaans voice, then games, plurals and sentence building. French, Spanish and Portuguese with Plus.
Wiz's Den
Right answers fill Wiz's basket with healthy food. Feed him, watch him grow up, and teach him tricks like a backflip and a rocket launch.
Learning journeys
Step-by-step adventures with a boss to beat in every world. Reading Road teaches letter sounds in the order schools use, and it's free.
Challenges
Beat-the-clock speed rounds, a daily special worth double coins, and "My mix", which practises whatever your child finds hardest.
Never too easy, never too hard
Every answer nudges the difficulty. Questions are pitched so your child gets about three in four right first time: challenging enough to learn, easy enough to keep going.
Ready before they can read
Questions are spoken, a pointing hand shows what to do, and tapping a game says its name first.
Practice that sticks
Skills come back for review after 1, 2, 4 and 7 days, so what they learn this week is still there next month.
Rewards they care about
Coins, treasure chests, 70+ stickers to collect, outfits for Wiz, a den where Wiz learns tricks, and real-life prizes you choose.

Things parents ask
Is Whyzies really free?
Yes. Every game is free and ad-free, with no sign-up, and so is the Reading Road journey. The optional Whyzies Plus family plan (US$3.99 a month or US$29 a year) adds more learning journeys and extras for parents, with a 14-day refund.
What ages is it for?
Ages 4 to 10. Pick an age group and every game adjusts its difficulty to your child as they play.
Can my child play before they can read?
Yes. Questions are read aloud, a pointing hand shows what to do, and tapping a game says its name before it starts.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen like an app and keeps working without internet.
Can my child learn Afrikaans or another language?
Yes. Word World teaches Afrikaans grade by grade, from Grade R to Grade 3, with picture cards spoken by a real Afrikaans voice. The first 80 words are free; the full school track, French, Spanish and Portuguese come with Whyzies Plus.
Is it safe for children?
There are no ads, no chat and nothing to buy inside the games. Grown-ups can set daily time limits, bedtime and which games show, behind a grown-up PIN.
What do you do with my child's data?
Progress is saved on your device. Family sync and anonymous play data are optional and off until a grown-up turns them on. We never sell data. Read the privacy notice.
Ready to feed Wiz?
